Carl uses his general contractor expertise to help sellers fully maximize their homes for the market, and to help buyers fully assess potential homes while actually previewing them. He has earned the prestigious CRS designation, and was nominated Alameda County "Rookie-of-the-Year" by his peers in his first year as a Realtor. Carl joined the Windermere Properties of the East Bay Team after winning numerous national and local area awards from his previous real estate company.
