Prior to joining our team, Michelle functioned as the Director of Marketing and Support Services for a major real estate firm. She also started Bay Concierge, a service-based firm specifically designed to support REALTORS® and independent entrepreneurs in every aspect of their businesses.  Using the BA she earned at Howard University, Washington D.C. she has garnered over two decades of experience working in management positions for fortune company executives. We’re thrilled she’s now on our team!

Michelle serves two distinct roles. First, as our Marketing Specialist, she oversees our web presence and state-of-the-art in-house marketing team to ensure that our listings enjoy unparalleled market exposure and presence. As a result of her expertise, our team has earned the prestigious Online Marketing Award of Excellence Award from Realtor.com! Her eye for detail and extensive experience guarantee that our clients receive the absolute highest possible level of client service and satisfaction they deserve.

As a licensed REALTOR®, Michelle also oversees our Buyer Team. As a highly trained Buyer Specialist, Michelle uses her skills to train and oversee our Buyer Agents, thus ensuring a top-notch level of support to all of our home-buying clients through “The Ultimate Home Buying Experience©.” She ensures that our buyers receive nothing less than the absolute best in professionalism, service and … that special home they can call their own!
