Sheryl has two roles in our business. First, as our Transaction Specialist, Sheryl’s oversees every transaction once it goes into escrow. Since every detail in a transaction is critical, Sheryl’s years of experience as a Para Legal and her extensive involvement as a professional legal assistant in numerous law offices gives her the expertise and “edge” required to effectively handle your escrow. Sheryl has also received training as a Professional Transaction Coordinator and she puts this training to work on behalf of all of our valued clients. Sheryl’s 5 years of experience as a Professional Transaction Coordinator has seen her coordinate dozens of transactions with a 100% effectiveness rating. Sheryl makes sure every aspect of the transaction is handled effectively, from inspections to contingency removals and more. She ensures that all of the extensive paperwork is properly executed, handled effectively and is sent to all the appropriate properties within the prescribed timelines. Sheryl coordinates directly with the title companies, lenders inspection companies and any other support services that contribute to a successful transaction.

Sheryl’s second role is as our in-house Professional Home Stager. We felt staging was so important that we started our own staging company, “The Next Stage.” As a highly trained and accredited designer with an eye for beautiful design, Sheryl runs The Next Stage and provides awesome staging for our clients. Since home staging and effective property preparation are the single most important things you can do to prepare a home for the market and maximize its potential value, we bring Sheryl’s gifting to every home we list for sale. She has garnered numerous accolades and testimonials, and is considered by many to be one of the top staging professionals in the area.
